Warren Shadko is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with ten years of experience in psychiatric care, treating clients from as young as four years old to those in late adulthood. Warren is committed to a patient-centered approach, engaging each person with compassion and respect. Together, we will create a specialized treatment plan in a collaborative and respectful manner, ensuring you receive compassionate, evidence-based pharmacological management and psychotherapy in a warm, supportive environment. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Warren is licensed to prescribe all psychiatric medications, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose psychiatric disorders through comprehensive testing and assessment, serving patients across Nevada and Washington State.

He’s also worked in the food delivery service and as a casino dealer.
